2. Castor oil (16 oz) and wool flannel rag (load rag with oil and double it, laying it over abdominal area with a heating pad for one hour every day for the first two weeks, then 3 or 4 days a week)
3. Dry body brush (natural bristle) by Yerba Prima (dry brush entire body every day for 5 minutes in the morning using long draining strokes to abdominal area. Go only one direction—at least 3 or 4 strokes on every skin area)
