

1. Sit up in bed and say affirmations.
2. Turning and sitting on edge
of bed, start dry brushing.
3. Upon arising, drink water with
oxygen drops added or freshly ozonated water.
4. After 5 or 10 minutes take oral
cleanse and parasite product.
5. Eat light meal 30 minutes after
taking oral product.
6. Do Qigong. (optional)
7. Walk one mile.
Throughout
the day consume raw vegetable drinks which can be made or bought at local
juice bars and health food stores. Drink immediately when made.
Also, try to consume more raw fruits and vegetables—60 to 80%. Try
to observe proper food combining rules. Macrobiotic diet is a good
direction. (Avoid: milk, margarine and other manufactured or
tampered with “foods.” Cut down on coffee, etc.)
Drink
plenty of water each day. Take your body weight divide it by
two and drink that number of ounces each day.
It is
also suggested to take a special “green” whole food supplement powder like
Progreens. It is loaded with antioxidants, herbs and nutrients as
well as a special blend of beneficial flora. Take colloidal minerals
to assure body is getting all the trace minerals needed.
High doses
of vitamin C throughout the day can be very helpful (working slowly up
to 5 grams or more). Also, to help clean arteries and veins, a good
oral chelation product like Cardio E-Z by Dr. Donsbach can be taken as
well with meals. This works well with the ozone therapies.
*(Periodically
do an apple fast—3 days, if possible.)
Evening:
1. Use slant board 5 minutes up
to 20 minutes (with exercises when possible.)
2. Say affirmations.
3. Do Qigong.
4. Take oral cleanse and parasite
product.
5. Do peroxide bath. (Use 2 to
4 quarts of regular 3% hydrogen peroxide.)
6. Use neti pot to cleanse nasal
passages.
7. Do castor oil pack for a minimum
of 1 to 1 ½ hours.
Weekly: Try to get a deep-tissue massage once a week if possible.
*(Get to sleep by 10 p.m. if possible or at least before midnight. It is good to incorporate a little spiritual reading and meditation just before going to sleep.)
