Business Policies


  1.  We give no refunds for products or service regardless of the reason.  We will only credit unused service toward future use by you or someone else. (We will be pleased to transfer any credit as a gift certificate.)

  2.  All new appointments must be reserved with a credit card.  Card will be charged for same-day changes or cancellations without a 24-hour notice.  Credit card will also be charged for any future unpaid bills.

  3.  Prepaid service must be used within 90 days and will be voided after that period.  Service that would exceed that time period cannot have a non-activity space exceeding 90 days or all banked credit will be cancelled.

  4.  We charge for missed appointments and same-day changes or cancellations regardless of the reason.  (We require a full 24-hour notice in person or by telephone call, speaking to us directly--not on answering machine.  No email cancellations!)

  5.  Appointments may only be changed or moved two times.  After that they will be considered void.

  6.  We charge $25 for returned or NSF checks.

  7.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
